Participants will learn how to make a survey using Google forms, and see the data instantly in your Google spreadsheet. Many ideas will be shared on how to collect data from parents, students, and teachers or embed the survey/form into your website. Using Google forms for supply requests, student behavior data collection, speaker evaluations and many more examples will be shown. Form results will be summarized in a graph or chart for you. This session will also focus on tested tips and tricks for making your form/survey data user friendly.

  5. Transportation example-- saving time collecting paper requests... notifications help show when persons filled out. message ‘your request has been submitted-- you will be notified when/if arrangements have been made.
  6. Maintenance example--- add ‘note’ at submission to tell them their request has been noted-- "You will be contacted soon by Mr. O".
